Here’s what will happen from start to finish:
We'll have a comprehensive discussion to understand your appetite for negotiation. We’ll spend some Skype time together, reviewing what you hate, what you like, if there is a particular type of negotiation you want to hone in on (with funders, employees, business partners, clients, vendors, etc.). This will help us to develop a coaching plan specifically for you.
Based on our initial conversation and depending on the package you select, I’ll provide you with resources to help you identify your personal communication style and how to work it in negotiations; how to prepare for negotiations; dealing with difficult people; and overcoming obstacles in challenging conversations.
We’ll have a series of follow-up conversations, again depending upon the package you select, to talk about what you can do differently going forward and brainstorm for an upcoming negotiation. I will also hold a series of practice negotiations with you, to increase your comfort level.

CAN I HIRE YOU TO ACT AS MY LAWYER IN A NEGOTIATION?
Afraid not, my friend. I was a lawyer for almost twenty years, but now strictly work as a negotiation coach, mediator and arbitrator.
Sometimes you do need a lawyer to help with this stuff, but on a day to day basis, there may not be a need to spend that kind of money. We can work together to empower you to own negotiations.
